Residents of Ikosi isheri , and a Bolt driver who was returning home around 10:30Am on Saturday June 15,after spending 11 hours to ibadan, Oyo State to and fro, as result of the heavy traffic on Lagos Ibadan Expressway due to the ongoing road construction was arrested.
