Yet, they are still the most ardent promoters of the phenomenon.

Let me show you, if you read and understand well, you’d understand that…capturing women…conquering men to acquire their women…pronouncing men above women, etc, are the crux of promoting most religions.
For understanding, read in Bible of how a king ordered that a woman be persecuted for feeling reluctant to go nude to public in order to satisfy the King’s pleasure of showcasing her beauty.
Read also of how King David was hero-made despite killing Uriah in order to continue to enjoy Uriah’s wife. God was even “pleased” in David and people now name their children after him.
See also, how King Solomon is revered for “acquiring” hundreds of wives, and was still cheating on these hundreds by still having hundreds of concubines to them.
Refer also to how women have are referred to as “valor”, only when they are “submissive” to the whims of a man.
Religion not only “objectifies” womanhood, it also “commoditizes” them.
So how can you be claiming to be “feminist” and at same time you are “religious”? You are confusing yourself.
And I have always said this; no one can be truly religious. No way!
For instance, religion discourages dissent. If you dare ignore your father or husband’s instructions, you’re in for reproach and condemnation.
Yet, women are in their largest droves, practicing and promoting religion. At the same time, they want to be “feminist”.
I once asked a lady who always covers herself in Hijab, that “since Islam commands total obedience to your father’s instructions, would you marry his old friend as third or second wife on his instruction?”
“Never!”, she answered loudly without wasting a second.
So, why are you portraying yourself in hijab to to give impression that you’re an obedient Muslim? 🤷🏽♂️
She struggled to respond that “that was in the old time” and I quickly reminded her that religion is actually a mid-history phenomenon and whoever claims to be civilized cannot at the same time be claiming to be religious.
In religion, instructions are to be obeyed as commanded; not to be questioned as convenient.
Meanwhile as a Christian, can you be “like Christ”?
Again, that’s one of the most difficult things to practice in life.
Jesus didn’t marry. Can you do just like him? As in; be like Christ and not marry? God created woman for what then? 🤔
See, we don’t practice religion; we practice hypocrisy and pretense. That’s why I always say I’m not a religious person, even though I love the Christ and what he came to preach – LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS YOURSELF!
That’s the crux of the matter.
Good morning fam, and happy Sunday to you all!
