Children do not suddenly become drug addicts, Cultists, prostitutes “runs girls” without peers influence

The greatest influencers and enablers of children are their peers. If as a parent you do not develop a friendly communication channel with each of your children, you may loose them sooner than later.
We were having a nice little chat one day, me and Tobi when he suddenly asked, dad is it true that there is no God? What did you say? Is it true there is no God and we are just wasting our time going to church? Where did you get that from I asked very concerned but trying to be calm.
My friend told me to quit druming or going to church because God does not exist. Well thats his opinion but it is not true. I went on to explain alot of things about the universe and about spiritualism which his deaconess mother already instilled in him . I hope I was able to convince him further that his friend is wrong.
I write these things drawing from personal experiences because as parents we must help each other. We must share with each other, experiences and challenges inherent in raising our future generations.
Some children are confused, embittered or hurt about alot of stuff but because we parents do not create that channel of communication, they give in to advice from friends.
Children do not suddenly become drug addicts, prostitutes (runs girl), killers, kidnappers and terrorists over night. Their emotions and psychology are worked on by peers.
Tobi is an exceptionally gifted child whose hunger for knowledge baffles me most times. If he didnt share that piece of infomation with me, I wonder where his drive for knowledge would have led him to. So in our pursuit of wealth, we must always remember that our children and how we raise them should be priority, always.
