Several unsubstantiated allegations was made against the council chairman that he conspired with the market board, traditional stakeholder by selling the massive land to a developer to build an estate rather than market. They further claimed the attempt to sell the land started before the late Baba oloja of Ikosi ketu.
When kosofe Post visited the market board inside the vicinity both Iyaloja and babaloja were not around. However, Mr. Ishola who claimed to be the P.R. O. of the market said he can not utter any statement until without the present of his executives. He , However, maintained that no cause for alarm . Adding that ” all the traders are going about their normal business activities.
