Okanlawon added that “Last week Friday ,the former councillor Bayo Ogunsanwo reported to me through a petition of the high-handedness of the police which i reported to the Acting Area Commander of Area H. In the presence of the Kosofe Local govt. Chairman. She promised to look into it.
Further Speaking the lawmaker advised that the excesses and overzealousness of the taskforce should be brought to the attention of the Commissioner of police.
He added that” Restriction on Okada does not in any way or form affect Kosofe, why then the dusturbances. Even though i would not subscribe to the attack of law enforcement agents, the act of overzealousness on their part is as reprehensible as it is condemnable”, Okanlawon stated.

pursue the matter to a logical conclusion. However, emphasised that “People must learn and practise civility”.
