Kosofe post gathered from a reliable source that since the emergence of Alebiosu sikiru Ademola as Kosofe Constituency ll candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), several attempts to substitute his name by some unnamed persons has been ongoing.
It was recalled that over 12 petitions were submitted against Alebiosu who pulled 31 votes in PDP primary Election to defeat his closer rival, Segun Aroyewun, who scored 24 votes, before screening Committee, Appeal panel which was dismissed.
However, shortly after the result was announced in a sportsman’s spirit, Segun congratulated Alebiosu.
The latest developments revealed there is ongoing attempt to substitute his name by some entrenched interest for some unknown reasons yet to be ascertained as at the time of writing this report.
When Kosofe Post, contacted Alebiosu he said the will of God will prevail.
“I won my primary election through a free, fair, credible, and transparent contest, without violence” Alebiosu stated.
“What they can get through the front door. They should stop making fruitless attempt to get it through the window.”
He implored PDP members to channeled their energy to Kosofe Constituency ll and Lagos East senatorial race and focus on how to deliver historical total Victory to his great party, PDP.
“I want to use this opportunity to express my profound gratitude to our leaders, party members, most especially, the delegates for the mandate, and the confidence they reposed In me unconditionally by entrusting me with the party ticket.”
“I will never disappoint you, and the good people of Kosofe Constituency ll, I belong to nobody as your representatives but everybody regardless of the political divides”, Alebiosu assured.
