The former majority leader of Ikosi Isheri Lcda Legislative Arm was elected after receiving certificate of Return and alongside 6 others from the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC).
While Lawmaker representing Kosofe Constituency 2, Femi Saheed loyalist, Biliamianu Taliatu appointed as Deputy Leader.
The duo of Adedeji Osinowo and Adekoya Gbadegoke, representing Ward C and E respectively, enjoys the backing of the council pioneer Chairman, Mr. Adekunle Soname are first term. However, Adekoya emerge as majority leader.
