The Executive Chairman of Agboyi Ketu Local Council Development Area, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, and the Former Deputy State Chairman of People’s Democratic Party, Olabiwoninu Apena has celebrated late Senator Adebayo Osinowo wife, Mariam Birthday.
