Mr. Wahab .O. S has claimed that Lagos East senatorial District Leader of Governor’s Advisory Council, Otunba Bushira Alebiosu played significant role in the emergence of the current Local Government Chairmen in Kosofe Federal Constituency.
He said at the Apex decision-making level of GAC of the All Progressives Congress, Otunba Bushira nominated Agboyi Ketu Lcda Mayor Dele Oshinowo, Ikosi Isheri Lcda, Samiat Bada and Moyo Ogunlewe the current chairmen in the build up 2021 Local Government Election as the party choices.
He added it’s not entirely true to say that Otunba Bushira candidates did not pull through during the last Local Government Elections.
He debunked the impression that the incumbent member of House of Representatives, Rotimi Agunsoye camp cleared majority of the ward Executive positions.
He said ROT having two or three ward Chairmen and few other Executives members out of total of 270 Ward Executives in the entire Kosofe cannot lay claims to having the majority.
He added that Former Member of House of Representatives representing Kosofe Federal Constituency, Dayo Bush has not told anybody whether he will run or not in 2023. Adding that he was more concerned about the Unity and positioning the party to it’s winning ways than what will exacerbate the politics unnecessarily.
