A service of songs for former Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Ademuyiwa Adedeji’s late mom, Madam Victoria Oyinade Adeji, was held at her gbagada in Kosofe, Lagos state on Wednesday.
Madam Oyinade breathed her last in the early hours of June 29th, 2022.
The event, which started at 4:00 pm, marked the first day of the burial activities lined up for the late health worker.
The funeral ceremony will continue in Epe, Lagos Senatorial District, on Friday with a Christian wake keeping for the deceased, according to the family announcement.
Madam Oyinade will be finally laid to rest on Saturday in Epe, an area of Lagos State.
The service of songs was graced by family members and friends, neighbors and politicians, including APC Assistant State Secretary, Hon. Olajumoke Animahun, Mrs Bisi Oshin, Otunba Oladeinde Shonibare, Hon. Ibrahim Mustapha, and Alhaji Olalekan Abubakar.
Others include Kosofe Local Government Supervisory Councilor for women’s affairs and poverty Alleviation, WAPA and Special Adviser on Chieftaincy, respectively.
