The All Progressives Congress, or APC, has inaugurated its ward executives in Kosofe, vowing that it would clear all elections come 2023.
The inauguration took place on Thursday at Hon. Dayo Alebisou, former Member of the House of Representatives for Kosofe Federal Constituency Office at Anthony Village, area of Kosofe local government.
Members of the Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Kosofe constituency 1, Mr. Sanni Okanlawon; Murtaru, Adebayo Samson, Hon Titilayo Moritiwon, Nofiu Fatai, Abiola Davies , Funke Adebayo, were among the executives inaugurated.
Meanwhile, a source who spoke to our correspondent under the condition of anonymity shortly after the reports went viral said all the exercise is a charade that will never stand.
He said the Dayo Bush office is not the constitutionally recognized party secretariat. Adding that, “If they are even going to be sworn in, is the council chairman not supposed to be there?”
He maintained that the exercise would not hold water.
According to Kosofe Post findings, the council’s Chairman, Moyo Ogunlewe, was out of Kosofe, Lagos, when the party executives were inaugurated.
