The Kosofe Post recalled that the duo of Dbush and Carew, alongside their supporters, attended the 2021 edition of the cultural carnival, while Agunsoye did not attend both editions.
The Kosofe Post gathered that the recent internal crisis bedeviling the party largely contributed to some of the reasons the stakeholders and their supporters stayed away from the 2-day historical mega event.
However, the colourful event attracted the first lady of Lagos State, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwoolu, and members of the state executive council and members of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Femi Saheed and Hon. Sanni Ganiu.
Others include Agboyi Ketu Lcda Chairman, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, Kosofe Chairman, Hon. Moyo Ogunlewe and conference 57 members, APC Governor’s Advisory Council members, and Kosofe APC Rep candidate, Alhaja Kafilat Ogbara, Remi Odunsi and Olasupo Olowe supporters, traditional leaders, Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa communities, and a host of other guests.
The Kosofe Post said that the Ikosi Isheri Ketu Magodo Cultural Carnival is an annual event organized to promote unity among diverse ethnic groups and to boost tourism and investors, respectively.
