The absence of top politicians from Kosofe and the Lagos East Senatorial District last Saturday was unnoticeable as Olu of Agboyi, HRM Oba Monsuru Abimbola Oladega, Akinmasa1 celebrated his second anniversary in style.

The flag-off campaign of All Progressives Congress Presidential candidate, Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Saturday that coincided with the anniversaries prevented the governor of Lagos State, Babajide, Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Tokunbo Abiru, Kosofe Federal Constituency, Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye, Kosofe state constituency lawmakers Femi Saheed and Sanni Ganiu Babatunde, and APC Kosofe Federal Constituency candidate Kafilat Ogbara.
Others include Kosofe Local Government Chairman, Hon. Moyo Ogunlewe; Ikosi Isheri LCDC Chairman, Princess Samiat Bada; councilors; and other political appointees.
However, the Executive Chairman of Agboyi Ketu, Mayor Dele Osinowo, was ably represented by the Council’s Vice Chairman, Mrs. Folake Bakare, while Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area Chairman, Hon. Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju, bagged the Otunba Bobagbimo chieftaincy during the event.
Other politicians include the Special Assistant to the Speaker of the House of Representatives on political matters, the Southwest, Hon. Ibrahim Kehinde Oladega, and the former Agboyi Ketu SLG, Hon. Gbenga Osobu, respectively.
Other dignitaries in attendance filled the three giant industry tents in the open field at the Ogudu Police Barrack area of Kosofe to the brim to add color and glamour to the epochal event.
