Says initiative will strengthen communal interactions
As the world over is seized with Qatar 2022 football fever, the Executive Chairman, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Mayor Dele Oshinowo has commended the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-olu for providing a free-to-watch large screen viewing centre for residents of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA.
The centre which is easily accessible and secured is located at Doyin Omololu Street, Alapere.
Enthusing further, the chairman thanked the governor for adding exceptional glamour to the ongoing mundial, noting that the viewing centre will create a beautiful atmosphere for intense communal interactions.
The FIFA World Cup, often simply called the World Cup, is an International Association Football Competition contested by the senior men’s national teams of the members of the International Federation of Association Football, the sport’s global governing body.
While enjoining residents of the locality and beyond to visit the centre, Mayor Dele noted that beautiful side attractions would be introduced to provide an unforgettable experience for guests.
