Kosofe Indigene Gunned Down in Tragic Toronto Altercation

Tragedy struck in the vibrant city of Toronto as Tobi Alaga, a 41-year-old Kosofe- Nigerian national, lost his life in a fatal shooting during the early hours of Monday. The incident occurred at the intersection of College Street and Spadina Avenue, shaking the peaceful neighborhood with shock and sorrow.

According to local authorities, the deadly altercation involved a heated dispute between two or three individuals. As tensions escalated, one of the parties drew a firearm and unleashed a barrage of bullets, hitting Alaga three times in the chest. Despite prompt medical attention, the wounds proved fatal, leaving the local community and Alaga’s loved ones devastated.

Alaga’s untimely demise has left many in shock, as he was known for his roots in Anthony Village within the Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State, Nigeria. His formative years were spent in this close-knit community, and he attended Aladura High School, forging lifelong connections and friendships.
