Comrade Olayiwola Sulaiman Opomulero, a prominent stakeholder in Kosofe, has voiced concerns over the alleged silence of House of Representatives member Hon. Kafilat Ogbara regarding the distribution of over 100 million worth of rice designated for constituents.
Opomulero, in an exclusive conversation with the Kosofe Post on Saturday morning, expressed his dismay at what he perceives as Ogbara’s arrogance and lack of transparency. He recounted labeling her as a power-adoring figure during the electioneering period.
“The audacity to stay silent, assuming the noise about rice palliatives will fade away, reflects her arrogance. Even from the beginning, transparency seems elusive. How can hope be renewed in such circumstances?” questioned Opomulero.
Referring to a circulating clip featuring Honourable Dekeri Anamero from Edo State, who acknowledged President Tinubu’s allocation of rice for distribution, Opomulero highlighted the residents’ demand for clarity on how, where, and when Christmas palliatives would be distributed in line with President Tinubu’s directives.
