After a noticeable absence from activities and programs, Adetolani Abubakar-Oyedele, the Super for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation of Agboyi Ketu Local Council Development Area, finally made a public appearance at the Council’s 450 traders empowerment scheme.

During the early days of her tenure , Abubakar-Oyedele was a ubiquitous presence, actively engaging in council affairs. However, her recent absence raised public curiosity, especially as she was seen at various public functions alongside lawmakers representing Kosofe Federal Constituency, notably Hon Kafilat Ogbara.

Speculation arose regarding Abubakar-Oyedele’s intentions, with rumors suggesting she has her eyes set on the council seat. Observers noted that despite harboring political ambitions, supervisors in other local governments and council development areas continue to participate in their principal’s activities, regardless of personal reservations.

Political watchers urged Àbuakare

-Oyedele to heed the counsel of former President Olusegun Obasanjo to the late President Umaru Yar’Adua, suggesting that her continued absence might diminish her perceived value to governance.
