Former council leader of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area Legislative, Mr. Owolabi Taiwo, known as Hartingar, along with other descendants, has welcomed the revalidation of the Onikoro, Oshorun, and Onikosi chieftaincy families as the landowners of the Odo Ogun community.

In response to the landmark judicial decision, Taiwo, a descendant of the Onikosi ruling lineage, shared his thoughts in the comment section of the Kosofe Post Instagram page under the report titled “Court Order Validates Onikoro, Oshorun Onikosi’s Claim to Odo Ogun Land.” He expressed, “Truth may take a while but will always prevail,” affirming his belief in the significance of the decision.

Similarly, other descendants of the chieftaincy families have praised the judicial decision, recognizing it as a validation of their chieftaincy legitimacy. They have extended heartfelt congratulations to the families and commended the revalidation as a milestone moment.
