Otunba Sikiru Ademola Alebiosu, a prominent businessman and politician, has been installed as the Otunba Bobawoga of Odomola in a colorful ceremony held on November 30 at the Odomola Palace.
The installation, led by His Royal Majesty, Oba Sulimon Adeshina Adebowale, the Omola of Odomola, drew a distinguished audience, including Monarchs, traditional leaders, political figures, and community members. Otunba Alebiosu was the sole recipient of a chieftaincy title at the event, highlighting his exceptional contributions to the development of the Odomola community.
In his remarks, Oba Sulimon described Otunba Alebiosu as a childhood friend and a staunch supporter of Odomola’s progress. “This title is a recognition of his great contributions to our community. I encourage him to continue his good work and help take Odomola to greater heights,” the monarch said.
Dr. Sunday Solarin, the Ogun State PDP Secretary, also commended Otunba Alebiosu, lauding his dedication and leadership. “He has always been committed to making a difference. I am confident that with this title, he will do even more to support the Odomola community,” he noted.
In his acceptance speech, Otunba Alebiosu expressed gratitude to the people of Odomola, his family, and friends. “This title is not just an honor but also a responsibility. I promise to continue working for the growth and progress of Odomola,” he pledged.
During the ceremony, Otunba Alebiosu was presented with a chieftain crown, staff, and certificate, symbolizing his new title and the responsibilities it entails. Community elders and Monarchs offered prayers for his success, unity, and prosperity in his new role.
