As the All Progressives Congress (APC) prepares for its councilorship primaries scheduled for May 10, one of the aspirants, Oshoffa Olayemi Rosemary, has intensified her campaign in Ward C of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Lagos State.

In recent days, large campaign banners bearing her image and the slogan “A Leader With Vision” have been mounted at strategic locations across the ward, signalling growing momentum for her bid. The banners, which form a visible part of her grassroots mobilisation, were reportedly sponsored by a range of supporters including prominent individuals and groups within the community.

Among the donors are Alaba Shonaike, popularly known as Cypron, the Likemind Group, Lanrich, and other residents who have thrown their weight behind her candidacy. Their support is seen as a testament to the aspirant’s growing popularity and perceived leadership capacity.

Rosemary’s campaign has focused on promises of visionary leadership and community development, themes that have struck a chord with many residents as the ward gears up for the internal party contest.

The APC primary election will determine the party’s flagbearer for the councilorship seat in the forthcoming local government elections.
