In a notable move within Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Comrade Ibrahim Ridwan, Deputy Coordinator of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), has been appointed Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Executive Chairman of the council.
Widely regarded as a dedicated youth leader, Ridwan’s appointment has been celebrated as a reward for his consistent service, strong communication acumen, and deep commitment to community development.
Congratulating him on the appointment, Comrade Shuaib Babatunde Adebayo, Welfare Officer, Directorate of Health, NYCN Lagos Chapter, described the new CPS as a passionate advocate for public service. “May your tenure be impactful, fulfilling, and guided by wisdom and clarity,” he wrote.
The appointment is expected to enhance government-to-citizen communication in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, bolstering transparency, trust, and civic engagement across the community.
