A prominent resident of Anthony Village and former Executive Ward Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Anthony Village Chapter in Kosofe Local Government Area, Kayode Ogunfowora, has died.
KosofePost confirmed that the late Ogunfowora, an engineer, passed away on Wednesday. Sources told the platform that his death was reportedly linked to complications arising from low blood pressure.
It was gathered that Ogunfowora had relocated from Nigeria to the United States of America (USA) before the 2019 general election while serving as Ward Chairman before news of his death was announced.
Friends and associates described him as an easygoing, hardworking, and jovial individual who maintained warm relationships with people around him.
They noted that his passing has left a deep vacuum among friends, associates, and members of the political community in Anthony Village, adding that he would be greatly missed.
