The Executive Chairperson of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area, Samiat Bada
has commenced
installmental payment to former supervisory Councilors’ severance package.
During the last dispensation Agboyi Ketu Lcda and Kosofe Local Government paid their Former Supervisory Councilors completely without rancour while Ikosi Isheri paid half a million.
According to Kosofe Post Sources,
Samiat Bada has since started stagger payments to the former cabinet members.
However, the former Chairman Local Government Supervisory Councilors Forum in Lagos State, and Former Supervisory Councilor in IKosi Isheri Lcda, Mr. Abideen Fasisi described the payment as selective when contacted over the developments.

“I have not received any Kobo, she only paid her group member among the seven Councilors. She paid 500,000 in the last dispensation.”
The purpose the severance package was to serve has been defeated because nothing tangible can be achieved with the money after car boarding deduction and the fragmented payment According to Fasisi.
He advised that if it’s only two persons, the Executive Chairman can pay complete package per month will be impactful to enable such receiver to be established rather than paying some selected persons in piecemeal payment that can not be used to achieve any tangible Stuff.
“The reason the local government cabinet was a bit delayed is for Council Executive Chairmen to sort out some debts such as this, among others. However, reversed the case here,” He said.
He further claimed that out of the 400,000 she paid since she resumed office himself, Biodun Bakare, Elegusi didn’t receive any payment.
He further explained Bakare, Elegusi name, one other names were not on the list from the state partly affect their severance package payment. However, said Where there’s love everybody should be taken care without discrimination haven’t served Local Council meticulously.
Calls and messages sent to IKosi Isheri Local Council Development Area Chairperson, Mrs. Samiat Bada and Chief Press Secretary, Ayo Idowu are yet to be replied over the selective payment allegations.
