A Kosofe Local Government based philanthropist and founder of Cheche Foundation Abiodun Owokoya has applauded Senator Tokunbo Abiru on his privately sponsored capacity building for 1000 MSMEs in Lagos East Senatorial District.

The lawmaker organized training and equipped the beneficiaries with worth of 60,000 knowledge packs. Also, announced 100Million resolving loan priced at 6% to help entrepreneurs recover from post of COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking to Kosofe Post over the programme he said the National Leader of All Progressives Congress Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu and Governor’s Advisory Council are highly Commendable for putting Senator Tokunbo Abiru forward less than a year ago.

He noted having more Techno political personalities such Abiru’s in leadership positions will promote more leaders, developments and value system.

“I salute his different approaches in making impact to different demographic and psychographic of the society. Nobody is left behind, he is truly the definition of ‘I belong to nobody I belong to everybody’ as tested by participants at the programme.”

“His critical lives saving initiatives must be supported by people of goodwill in their own little way to make the society a better place for all because government can not do it alone, We need more of Abiru’s at 109 Senatorial Districts, 360 Federal Constituencies, 774 Local Governments, and Local Council Development Areas.
