The South West Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA), an organization loyal to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was officially established in Kosofe, Lagos State, on Thursday.
Between 1999 until 2007, Tinubu, a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), served as governor of Lagos State.

Barrister Ogunlewe, the Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, is also the host for the day.
Speaking at a Galaxy event Centre, Ojota remarked that it is past time for them to step up their efforts to promote Asiwaju Tinubu’s presidential project across the country, citing his track record.
He stated that the APC national leader is a man who is sensitive to the misery of the people and really committed to the country’s overall development, while urging those who have been impacted by Tinubu’s leadership generosity to rally around him and offer him their full support.”
Within the scope of my power, I will do everything possible to provide proper support to all Asiwaju Tinubu support organizations in the local government, “Moyo Ogunlewe pledged.”
In her address, the group’s National Secretary, Alhaja Kafilat Ogbara, commended the APC National Leader’s leadership abilities and political triumphs, claiming that he is the only well-prepared candidate capable of rescuing the country from the political and economic crises it faces.
She described Tinubu as the leader with the vision, passion, and action that Nigerians have been waiting for, as well as a strategist with immense leadership capability.
She urged the crowd to take SWAGA to the grassroots and mobilize for PVC registration.
Primate Odugbesi, the State Coordinator of SWAGA, noted that the campaign is aimed at organizing Nigerians across political divides for the fulfillment of Asiwaju Tinubu’s presidential ambitions.
He also installed the SWAGA Kosofe Chapter’s Ward and LGA Coordinators, encouraging them to go even farther and install other officers in their respective wards.
Alhaji Kehinde Bello, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Kosofe Chapter, spoke at the occasion and asked party members to update or register for new PVCs before the deadline expires.
Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye, a member representing the Kosofe federal constituency, was ably re-presented by Mr. Dada Segun, who gave the vote of thanks while drumming for Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed.
