The House of Representatives race was narrowed down to a three-horse race after reports that it had been reduced to a three-horse race without naming the horses, prompting further inquiries from those who are still active in the race.

In response to the question of whether she is still in the race, Oluwagbon said, “Why won’t I be?” I did my screening on Saturday. Yes, I am very much in the race.”
Also, the incumbent lawmaker, Honourable Rotimi Agunsoye; the former two-term member of the House of Representatives, Honourable Dayo Bush; Southwest Agenda National Secretary, Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara; and Mr. Abiodun Owokoya aka Abbey Cheche, have not withdrawn from the race under the platform of All Progresives Congress.
