The All Progressives Congress candidate for the Kosofe Federal Constituency of Lagos, Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara, disclosed that she has reached out to all the contestants that participated in the House of Representatives race.

She made these remarks while speaking to our reporters shortly after the “Ikosi Isheri Ketu Magodo annual Cultural Festival” press conference held at Sen. Adebayo Osinowo hall, Ikosi Ketu, on Monday.

“We have done our reconciliation to the fullest. I have reached out to everybody I contested the primary election with. And we are all on board to go forward for this election come 2023 by the grace of God.”

She said, “The Honourable Rotimi Agunsoye is my brother. On the level of her preparation for the general elections, she noted that APC is fully prepared.

“I don’t have a camp but it’s a party thing and the party, all progressives in Congress, is fully prepared.”

She noted that all support groups under Swagga will work together to ensure that Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed emerges victoriously as president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2023.

“By the grace of God, I will win this election. For the past several years, I have always been the nominee for the House of Representatives. I have worked in this local government several times to win an election. You can see that my own election is like a general election that has already permeated the whole of this local government.

“And the residents are waiting for that day to come so that they can put their hands to Inec and cast their votes for Kafilat Ogbara in the election.”

Speaking on the first bill she will sponsor after the election, she said, “I am going to put up a manifesto after September 28. We cannot campaign now, and I am not campaigning.”

She assured us that after the campaign embargo has been lifted, she will release her comprehensive manifesto.

However, she said she is going all out to the National Assembly for young people, the aged, and old people, among others, as her main focus in Kosofe Federal Constituency.
