Mariam Durotoye Graduates from Queens College

The Durotoye family gathered today at Queens College Yaba to celebrate the graduation of their daughter, Mariam. The event was attended by numerous well-wishers, friends, associates, and family members, who gathered to commemorate this significant milestone in Mariam’s academic journey.

Radiating happiness, Mr. Hakeem Durotoye, Mariam’s proud father, shared his feelings with our Correspondent during the graduation ceremony. “Mommy and Daddy are proud of Mariam. We love you so much,” he exclaimed, his voice brimming with affection and pride. It was a moment that encapsulated the immense pride and joy coursing through the Durotoye family as they watched Mariam’s hard work and dedication culminate in this memorable achievement.

Speaking about the arduous yet fulfilling six-year journey at Queens College, Hakeem Durotoye stated, “We feel so happy because it’s a journey, a phase that has just been completed. Six years is not a joke. And it’s six years of hard work on both sides, our side and the student’s side. So the entire family feels well-elated that we concluded it and we concluded in flying colors.”

Underlining the significance of this achievement, Durotoye emphasized that the success of a child brings boundless joy to the parents. He praised Mariam for excelling in her studies and expressed his confidence that she would continue to excel in every facet of life, including the career path she chooses to pursue.

The graduation ceremony was attended by a diverse gathering of families, friends, and associates, including the Lekuti, Oyedeji, Salau, Bilesanmi, and Abdul families. The atmosphere was one of celebration, accomplishment, and unity as attendees came together to honor Mariam’s achievements and offer their heartfelt congratulations.
