The Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mayor Dele Oshinowo has kicked off a renovation project at the Apostolic Faith Primary School in Kosofe. The transformative initiative aims to enhance the learning environment for young minds within the LCDA.
The comprehensive renovation includes the repair of a collapsed fence and a complete overhaul of the school’s previously dysfunctional toilet facility. Mayor Dele Oshinowo, speaking passionately about the project, emphasized its importance in ensuring that the youth of the LCDA are integral to the progressive plans of his administration.
“This facelift exercise is about investing in the future. Our young people deserve quality learning spaces, and this project is a testament to our commitment to their education,” stated Mayor Oshinowo.
Furthermore, the council chairman pledged unwavering commitment to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, which focuses on ensuring quality education for all. This initiative aligns with the broader vision of providing accessible and high-quality education in public primary schools across Agboyi-Ketu LCDA.
Mayor Oshinowo reiterated his administration’s dedication to creating safe and conducive spaces for learning and teaching in all public primary schools within the LCDA.
