He underscored the pressing issues faced by residents, such as inadequate access to clean water and the deplorable condition of the Agboyi Health Care Center.

Despite criticisms, a resident who preferred anonymity acknowledged the efforts of the council Chairman in addressing certain community needs, including the provision of industrial boreholes and ongoing infrastructure projects such as road resurfacing and sports center construction.

However, the resident also highlighted the systemic challenges faced by the Lagos State Water Corporation in meeting the potable water demands of Agboyi and Ketu environments, suggesting a collaborative effort between stakeholders and the corporation to address the issue effectively.

As discussions on local development continue, He further urged individuals and groups to refrain from creating discord and instead focus on constructive engagement, while also encouraging active participation in the upcoming 2025 local government elections.
