As Nigeria marked Children’s Day, Oromidayo Balogun, a Chairmanship aspirant for Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA), has extended warm greetings and a message of hope to children within the community and beyond.
In a statement issued to commemorate the occasion, Balogun described children as “the pride, the future, and the heartbeat of our communities,” noting their crucial role in building a better society. He hailed their creativity, innocence, and boundless potential, calling them “seeds of greatness.”
“As an aspirant for the Chairmanship of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, I remain deeply committed to creating a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive,” he said.
Balogun also stressed that his development blueprint places a strong emphasis on child-focused initiatives, including access to quality education, improved healthcare services, and the protection of children’s rights.
