Kosofe Post Offers Free Media Coverage to Opposition Candidates Ahead of 2027 Elections

In a move aimed at promoting political inclusiveness and enhancing voter awareness ahead of the 2027 general elections, Kosofe Post has announced a special initiative to provide free media coverage for opposition candidates across Kosofe Federal Constituency and Lagos State.

The initiative is designed to address concerns about the limited visibility of opposition candidates and ensure that voters have access to information about a broad range of political actors, their backgrounds, and their policy priorities before casting their votes.

According to the Publisher of Kosofe Post, Bilesanmi Abayomi, the media has a responsibility to contribute to an informed electorate by creating opportunities for all candidates to present their ideas and programmes to the public.

“Our commitment is to ensure that the electorate has access to information about all choices on the ballot. By providing this platform at no cost, we hope to amplify diverse political voices and contribute to a more informed democratic process,” Abayomi said.
