APC Presents Dele Oshinowo to Tinubu as Kosofe Reps Candidate Ahead of 2027 Polls

The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially presented Mayor Dele Oshinowo, the party’s House of Representatives candidate for the Kosofe Federal Constituency, to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The presentation took place on Friday in Ikoyi, Lagos, during the formal unveiling of APC candidates contesting for Senatorial, House of Representatives, and House of Assembly seats across the state.
The development follows the earlier confirmation of Oshinowo as the APC flagbearer for Kosofe Federal Constituency after the party’s primary election.
President Tinubu, while addressing the candidates and party stakeholders at the event, urged all aspirants and party members to embrace reconciliation and unity ahead of the general elections.
According to him, political contests within the party should not create division, stressing that opponents in the primaries should not be regarded as enemies.
The event drew APC leaders, stakeholders, and supporters from different parts of Lagos State as the ruling party intensified preparations for the 2027 elections.
