Barely 20 days after the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwoolu sworn in the 57 Mayor’s/Mayoress across the state, the council helmsmen are yet to hit the ground running due to yet to be constituted cabinet members at the grassroots.
