A Nigerian comedian, Samuel Animashaun Perry, who is popularly addressed by his stage name Broda Shaggi, has revealed how estate agent used to defraud prospective house seeker.
Broda Shaggi revealed this in one of his new skit titled “Agent of Darkness” where he featured Folarin Falana, a Nigeria song writer and music artist, who is popularly known as Falz as a prospective house seeker.

Falz is one of the The Voice Nigeria, a musical talents show, season 3 coaches.
The skit titled the ‘Agent of Darkness expressed in practical terms the exploitation Nigerians experienced in the hands of questionable estate agents under disguise of consultation fee without consumerating property search results.
He further revealed how some estate agents dubiously obtained money under false pretense from unsuspecting tenants for unavailable property.
However, in the comedy skit, where broda Shaggi, one other played the role of agents while falz act as prospective tenant later led to a physical fight after Falz exploited and noticed further attempts to defraud him by agent of darkness.
