Oluwatoyin Adelaja applaud Ikosi zone Tradesmen and Artisans
Oluwatoyin Adelaja also known as Toyas has described the Ikosi Zone of Lagos State Tradesmen and Artisans as an exemplary group in the state.
Toyas praised the group while addressing Journalists at LASCOSTA Day celebration held at IKosi Isheri, Kosofe on Wednesday.
The financial secretary of LASCOSTA, Adelaja said Covid-19 pandemic could not allow the Association to hold the event last year.
“We give God all the Glory and Honour for seeing ourselves this year, We shall all gather 2022 in good health for this symbolically annual event.”
She denied the claims that LASCOSTA is an extension of the ruling party as result of the partisan role they openly played during the 2021 Local Government Elections.
She commended LASCOSTA Executives under the leadership of Comrade Gbolahan Akinsaya for their unwavering supports to make this year event a huge success.
Toyas counsel the young graduands on the importance of skill acquisitions said Government can not employ everybody but have the mandated to provide enable environment for you to thrive.
“Skill acquisitions is as important as water is to a human body; lack of regular sources of income are remote causes of bribery, corruption and other anti-social ills, You must focus on your handwork so that you won’t have conflict with the laws.”
