The Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, formally unveiled Multi-million Agboyi Ketu shopping mall with 82 stores in Mile 12 on Monday.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony in Ajelogo, Chairman, Agboyi Ketu Lcda, Kosofe, Mayor Dele Oshinowo, said the mall was a product of Public private Partnership aimed at boosting commerce in Lagos State.
He added that the Local Council is also in partnership with several private organizations to deliver a world class Infrastructure such as redevelopment of Ifelodun Plank Market which was razed down by fire eight years ago and the first phase redevelopment of Mandela Market, Mile 12.
“Greenwich Gardens‘, the aimed of this beautiful estate is to reduce housing deficit and further to provide a unique opportunity to increase the Internally Generated Revenue of our LCDA.”
Special guests at the programme commended Mayor Dele Osinowo for sustaining his developmental drive across the council area.
Dignitaries at the unveiling ceremony were Governor’s Advisory Council Member, Prince Omoba Olumuyiwa Sosanya, Agboyi-Ketu APC Apex Leader; Pa Stephen Oyedele, Lagos State House of Assembly House Committee Chairman on Central Business District and Lawmaker representing Kosofe Constituency 2, Hon Femi Saheed, Lagos APC State Treasurer, Hon. Abiodun Akhigbe, Alaketu of Ketu, HRM Oba Isiaka Oyero, Olu of Agboyi, HRM Oba Monsuru Oladega separately commended the Council helmsman for his developmental across the Local Council.
Others are former Assistant Publicity Secretary, Lagos APC, Hon. Abiodun Salami, former Agboyi-Ketu LCDA Sole Administrator, Hon. Tunji Ilelaboye, and Chairman; Agboyi-Ketu APC, Hon. Sunday Odekomaya and host of others.
