Prince Nurudeen and three others, Lagos State Government, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftain Affairs, and Kosofe Local Government were dragged to court over the vacant Oloworo Stool by the Ajisegiri’s royal family.
Prince Nurudeen, the first defendant in the matter, before the first appearance last January filed an objection application to Ajisegiri’s lawsuit which led to the first adjournment to February 22.
Kosofe Post reports that following the death of Oba Bashorun Oloruntoyin Saliu, The Head of Saliu Salami Elebo Royal family of Oworonshoki, who doubles as Osolo of Isolo, Hrm Oba Kabiru Kolawole Alani Adelaja Agbabiaka and others unanimously elected Aremo Nurudeen Olalekan Saliu as the oba elect of Oworonshoki Kingdom.
