Excitement rented the air on Saturday at the 2022 prize giving and graduation ceremony of Unique Prella School as the pupils, gaily dressed, turned out to celebrate the end of the academic year.
The colorful and fun event brought together teachers, parents, and well-wishers in the communities in all Unique Prella schools to celebrate the commitment, behaviour, and achievements of pupils, as well as reward the efforts of the teachers during the academic year.
The Director of Academics at Unique Prella, Mrs. Owanaze Blessing Ella, commended the teachers for the success of their pupils, saying that the learning gains evidenced at Unique Prella were as a result of their dedication, passion, and hardwork.
She thanked the parents and guardians for their unflinching support and cooperation.
According to her, “We also thank our parents and guardians for their unflinching support and cooperation, which assisted us immensely during the various activities that characterized the session.”
She announced a 5% school fee discount for parents who paid during the holiday.
Some of the parents who spoke with our correspondent testified that their children had undergone significant transformations, with noticeable academic and moral improvement.
The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of gifts and awards to pupils in various categories, such as most punctual and organised, most improved, most respectful, best in different subjects like Maths, English and Science, best prefect, best graduating pupils, best vendor, as well as teacher of the year awards.
Some of the activities on display at the ceremony were word recitation, drama and cultural display, dance competition, poetry presentation, and news broadcast, which summarized various activities of the term and what parents should expect in the next academic year.
Unique Prella School is a network of nursery and primary schools and a college in Ikorodu, Lagos East Senatorial district, creating opportunities for children to grow and explore their potential.
