The Executive Chairman of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area, Mrs. Samiat Bada, has reiterated that Kosofe Federal Lawmaker, Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye, engages in anti-party activities.
The council chairman, who earlier made similar accusations through a viral voice note while fielding questions from the press on Thursday, made the allegations.
Samiat Bada said the lawmaker representing Kosofe Constituency 1, Honorable Femi Saheed, was duly elected from the bottom of their hearts during the last May primary election of the All Progressives Congress in Kosofe and hasn’t represented us well.

“And we feel this time around that he’s going back and he’s going to do more than what he has done,” she said.
According to her, “Today it’s so sad that one of us is doing something else—anti-party, Honourable Rotimi Agunsoye. Infact, it is sad that all APC members in the Kosofe axis are not happy. So far, so good; all of us are cooperating, and the campaign is on. And we are seeing the love and passion from all of our people in Kosofe that we are going to prove to our father, Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, that in Kosofe we are one.”
Continuing on the federal lawmaker, she said, “We elected him to represent us in Abuja, and he has served two terms. We asked him to stay for another person to represent us; it’s never a crime, but we are promising that we are going to give them the votes that they never saw in Kosofe. It’s going to be fuller than what we expect; we have started and the race is on; we will tell them that we are the master; I am a white lioness,” Samiat boosts.”
The Council’s chairman said there is a lot of publicity and awareness-building in place to ensure registered voters get their PVC cards across the LCDA.
The Kosofe Post reports that protesters recently stormed Governor Babajide Sanwoolu’s office, the Lagos State House of Assembly, and APC Secretary Acme to submit petitions over allegations of Samiat Bada working against Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed.
