Kosofe political office holders have congratulated Muslims in the area on the successful completion of the Ramadan fasting and Eid-el-Fitr celebrations. The leaders, including Hon. Sanni Ganiu Okanlawon and Hon. Femi Saheed, members of Lagos State House of Assembly representing Kosofe constituency 1 and 2 respectively, Kosofe Local Chairman Hon. Moyosore Ogunlewe, and Ikosi Isheri Lcda Chairman Princess Samiat Bada, expressed their heartfelt greetings to Muslim faithful.

In a message released by the Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Hon. Moyosore Ogunlewe, he urged Muslims to continue to uphold the teachings of Ramadan, to promote peace, love, tolerance, forgiveness, and brotherhood in the society. He emphasized that when every citizen practices these values, there will be peace and tranquillity in society, and everyone can actualize their dreams in a prosperous and peaceful Kosofe.
Ikosi Isheri Lcda Chairman, Princess Samiat Bada, expressed her joy in witnessing the Eid-el-Fitr celebration, praying to Almighty Allah to meet the needs of all Muslims and increase them in wealth and gaiety. She also urged everyone to spread peace, love, and happiness.
Honourable member representing Kosofe constituency 01 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanni Ganiu Okanlawon, congratulated family members, Muslim friends, colleagues, community leaders, and political leaders on the occasion of Eid-al-Fitr celebration, praying that the blessings of Allah fill their lives with happiness and open all doors of success now and always.
Ikosi Isheri Lcda Chairmanship Aspirant, Prince Bidemi Akintunde, extended his EID MUBARAK to all his Muslim brothers and sisters, praying for continuous righteousness and for Allah to be pleased with their ways even after the holy month of Ramadan.
Overall, the Kosofe political leaders expressed their delight in celebrating with Muslims and encouraged them to continue to uphold the values of Ramadan, even after the holy month, to foster a peaceful and prosperous Kosofe.
