Mayor Dele Oshinowo, the Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, has initiated the construction of a cutting-edge administrative building aimed at enhancing the work environment for public servants and fostering improved service delivery,
This forward-looking endeavor builds on the administration’s commitment to providing a conducive workspace for public servants, aligning with its vision for a more efficient and service-oriented local government.
Under the present administration’s stewardship, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA has already witnessed the completion of two significant administrative structures. The 18-room legislative building, commissioned by the late Senator Adebayo Osinowo in 2018, and the 25-room office complex commissioned by Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu in 2020, stand as testament to their dedication to infrastructure development.
The upcoming administrative building, set to span four floors, promises to be a hub of functionality and modernity. It will encompass dedicated spaces for the legislative chamber, Councillors’ offices, a hall, conference rooms, offices for Heads of Departments, and their staff, as well as Supervisors.
