Oladigbo Olalekan Efficient, Programmes Manager at Tungba Communications Ltd, was inducted into the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) of Nigeria on September 5, 2024, at a ceremony held at the Civic Center, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Efficient, who oversees operations at Tungba100.9FM in Lagos and Tungba90.3FM in Osun State, joined over 600 professionals in attaining this prestigious recognition. His successful completion of CIPM’s rigorous examinations signals his dedication to advancing human resource management in Nigeria.
Currently serving as the 2024 National Chairman of the Nigeria Guilds of Investigative Journalists Electoral Council, Efficient’s new CIPM certification is expected to enhance his leadership in both media and personnel management. This milestone is set to further drive operational excellence at Tungba Communications Ltd.
