Mr. Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi has issued a warning to the public and prospective land buyers concerning properties at Amen Estate and Amen Estate Phase 2 on Eleko Beach Road, Ibeju-Lekki, among others. Gbadamosi emphasized that these properties are owned by Redbrick Homes International Ltd and are part of the assets under contention in his ongoing divorce proceedings with his estranged wife, Mrs. Folasade Balogun Gbadamosi, also known as Folasade Balogun.
In a statement, Gbadamosi alleged that Mrs. Folasade is attempting to sell off these properties to unsuspecting buyers, despite the fact that they are currently under litigation in a cross-petition pending before the High Court of Ogun State. The petition seeks to divide the marital assets accrued during their 21-year marriage.
He cautioned potential buyers to steer clear of any sales made by Mrs. Folasade and her associates under various names, including Redbrick, Ashlead, Tiara Gardens, and others. Gbadamosi warned that any transactions made could later be deemed fraudulent by the court, leaving buyers at risk of losing their investments.
“This is an effort to liquidate assets and create a false reality for the court,” Gbadamosi said. He urged buyers to exercise caution as the court could invalidate such sales, recognizing them as attempts to undermine his legitimate claims to the properties during the pending litigation.
