The serene neighborhood of Anthony Village in Kosofe came alive on Sunday, December 8, as Honourable Ibrahim Adisa Mustapha hosted family, friends, and political dignitaries to celebrate his wife, Mrs. Bose Mustapha, on her 55th birthday.
The celebration, held at Mustapha’s residence, was not just a birthday party but a moment of thanksgiving for Mrs. Mustapha’s recovery from a life-threatening illness that had gripped her for over two months in late 2023. The journey, which saw her move from Life Fountain Hospital to Gbagada General Hospital, underscored her resilience and the family’s faith.
In an emotional tribute to his wife, Hon. Mustapha described her as his “pillar and source of strength after God,” praising her understanding nature and unwavering support.
Among the distinguished guests were Hon. Sanni Ganiu Okanlawon, representing Kosofe Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly; Hon. Busayo Adebayo; Abiodun Ogungbo; Hon. Shakiru Balogun; and Dr. Akeem Agboola, Medical Director of Fountain Hospital.
The highlight of the occasion was the presentation of a Toyota Matrix to Mrs. Mustapha by her husband, a gesture symbolizing gratitude and celebration of her life.
Hon. Mustapha also extended heartfelt appreciation to all who stood by the family during challenging times, making the event a memorable milestone for the Mustapha household.
