In celebration of International Women’s Day, Toyin Balogun has honored the resilience and contributions of women in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, reaffirming his commitment to policies that uplift and empower them.
As an aspiring Executive Chairman of the LCDA, Balogun pledged to implement strategic initiatives that expand economic opportunities for women, support female entrepreneurs, and improve access to quality education. He also emphasized the need for active female participation in governance.
