The reigning Queen Face of Maryland, Nwabaugwu Lily Uloaku (2024/2025), is set to unveil her pet project, a transformative initiative designed to empower secondary school students. Themed “Ubuntu – Service to Humanity,” the event will take place on May 1, 2025, at 301 Ikorodu Road, Modupe House, Opposite Maryland Mall, at 11:00 AM.
Organized in collaboration with Ignite Education Consulting (IEC), the initiative aims to inspire, mentor, and academically empower young learners. A major highlight of the program is the award of 50 scholarships for students to study abroad, reinforcing its commitment to educational advancement.
Queen Lily Uloaku, who envisions a platform that celebrates youthfulness, beauty, and intelligence, is leveraging the Ubuntu philosophy—centred on humanity and interconnectedness—to instil a spirit of service and community among young people.
The initiative has also attracted KosofePost as a media partner, with sponsorship and partnership opportunities available for interested stakeholders. Potential sponsors can reach out via +234 912 341 1302 or +234 812 006 5866.
