Hon. Joseph Oluwanifemi Jolaopa Opabola, a chairmanship aspirant for Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 73rd birthday, praising his leadership and commitment to Nigeria’s development.
