Residents of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have commended Executive Chairman Hon. Mayor Dele Oshinowo for his commitment to community development, particularly his latest initiative aimed at empowering local residents. The mayor’s decision to disburse N75 million under the council’s empowerment program has been widely praised as a crucial step toward improving the welfare of the people.
Under Mayor Oshinowo’s leadership, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA has witnessed significant progress through various initiatives designed to boost economic growth and create opportunities for residents. The flagship “WeLift” empowerment program has already supported over 3,600 beneficiaries, including petty traders and vulnerable individuals, providing financial assistance to mitigate the effects of inflation.
Hon. Babatunde Muyideen Durosimi (BMD), a leading aspirant for the 2025 Chairmanship of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, lauded Oshinowo’s selfless service and dedication to community welfare.
