Kosofe LG Chairman Pays Tribute to Late Iyaloja, Alhaja Obanibashiri

The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the Iyaloja of Kosofe, Alhaja Obanibashiri, who died at the age of 98.

In a heartfelt condolence visit to the deceased’s family, Barr. Ogunlewe conveyed his sympathies, describing the late market leader as a symbol of resilience, wisdom, and integrity. He commended her significant contributions to the economic growth of the area and praised her steadfast commitment to fostering a thriving local market community.

“Alhaja Obanibashiri was not just a market leader; she was a pillar of unity and a guiding light for many,” Barr. Ogunlewe remarked. “Her leadership served as an inspiration to countless individuals, and her legacy will continue to be an example of selfless service and community stewardship.”
